Entering from Randolph Road (4th Street) OR Providence Road (3rd Street):

• Turn into the parking deck marked Midtown Medical Plaza
• Drive up to the 6th level of parking (6P)
• Enter the building through the glass door on the right
• Go through the door directly in front of you
• Cross the skywalk to the main building
• The office is located in Suite 550 (the first door on the right) 

Directions from I-77 South:

• Take Exit 11A, I-277, towards downtown Charlotte (Brookshire Freeway, Hwy16)
• Take Exit 2A to 3rd & 4th Street
• Make LEFT  on 4th Street
• Make LEFT on 3rd Street
• 3rd Street will turn into Providence Road. At the intersection of Caswell Street, make a LEFT a the light, Midtown Medical Plaza will be on your immediate right. 
• Make a RIGHT on Randolph Road and then make an immediate right into the entrance.  Pull into the free parking deck straight ahead.
• Drive up to the 6th level of parking (6P)
• Cross the skywalk to the main building
• The office is located in Suite 550 (the first door on the right)

Directions from I-77 North:

• Take Exit 9B for I-277 (John Belk Freeway, towards Panther Stadium)
• Take Exit 2A to 3rd and 4th Street (BEAR LEFT ON EXIT RAMP)
• Make RIGHT at stoplight at end of exit ramp on 3rd Street
• At the second stoplight, make LEFT on Charlottetown Avenue (formerly Independence Blvd)
• Make RIGHT on 4th Street
• 4th Street will turn into Randolph Road. After crossing through the intersection of Caswell Street, Midtown Medical Plaza will be on your immediate right.  Turn RIGHT into the entrance.  Pull into the free parking deck straight ahead.
• Drive up to the 6th level of parking (6P)
• Cross the skywalk to the main building
• The office is located in Suite 550 (the first door on the right)

Directions from Hwy 74W (Independence Blvd):

• Stay RIGHT and follow Charlottetown Avenue (formerly Independence Blvd) until you come to 4th Street
• Make LEFT  on 4th Street
• 4th Street will turn into Randolph Road. After crossing through the intersection of Caswell Street, Midtown Medical Plaza will be on your immediate right.  Turn RIGHT into the entrance.  Pull into the free parking deck straight ahead.
• Drive up to the 6th level of parking (6P)
• Cross the skywalk to the main building
• The office is located in Suite 550 (the first door on the right)

• The signage at the street also notes Presbyterian Urgent Care which is on the first floor of our building
