Aaron Blackmer,
PA-C

Aaron Blackmer was born and raised in Michigan. He graduated from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (US ARMY), in 2002. His clinical training was at both Fort Sam Houston, TX and Fort Bragg, NC. In 2006 Aaron received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies specializing in Dermatology, from the University of Nebraska. Aaron has also earned a special recognition for his achievements in and knowledge of surgery, by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. His Civilian career began in southwest Florida and moved to Charlotte in 2006.

He started at DLVSC in 2019 and works in our Pineville, Matthews, and Marvin offices. Aaron is passionate about helping people feel better about themselves, using his knowledge of dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Society of Army Physician Assistants.

Aaron, his wife and two kids live in Marvin, NC and they enjoy traveling and being active in their kids’ schools.
